All rooms have en suite facilities with bath or shower, colour T.V., trouser press, hairdryer, direct dial telephone and courtesy tray.

1. PRICES - All prices quoted are per person and include VAT. The company reserve the right to alter prices at any time. However, confirmed reservations will remain at the price quoted subject to any variation in the rate of VAT. Discount promotions may not be applied cumulatively.

2. DEPOSIT - A deposit of 40.00 UKP per person (excluding children) is required for confirmation of booking. Payment of your deposit may be made by cheque or credit card.

3. PAYMENT - Balance of payment is due prior to departure. This may be paid by cash, cheque supported by a banker's card or acceptable credit card viz, Access, Visa, Amex or Switch.

4. CANCELLATION - In the event of cancellation within 3 weeks of arrival date (6 weeks for bookings of 10 Rooms or more), deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation charge may also be applied.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time without liability to the Company whatsoever, save the return of all payments made.

5. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES - Check in time is after 3 pm. Unless guests notify Reception of late arrival, we reserve the right to re-let accommodation after 6pm.

Departing guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11am on the day of departure. A 50% charge of one nights accommodation will be levied for late departure without prior agreement.
