THE TREEHOUSE SUITE
Terms and Conditions

1. Prices – All prices are inclusive of VAT. The company reserve the right to alter prices at any time, confirmed bookings will remain at the price quoted subject to any variation in the VAT rate.

2. Deposit – a deposit of 50% is required for confirmation of the booking payment may be made by Credit Card or Cheque. Receipt of your deposit will be taken as your agreement to our company terms and conditions.

3. Payment - Balance of Payment is Due 7 days before arrival.

4. A valid Credit Card must be produced on checking into the Treehouse.

5. The Treehouse is let on the Basis of two persons only sleeping there, no other persons must be allow to stay.

6. Unfortunately No dogs or Children allowed.

7. An inventory of all equipment will be taken prior to your arrival any discrepancies upon departure will be charged against your credit card.

8. Any damage to the structure or equipment within the Treehouse and its Garden whilst you are in occupation will be charged against your credit card.

9. Cancellation - In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival date the deposit will be forfeited, cancellations within 3 weeks a cancellation fee will apply of one nights charge.

TREEHOUSE
Tarriff

Monday to Thursday £425.00 per night.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday £475.00 per night.

Rate includes ½ Bottle of Champange , Chocolates, Fresh Fruit Basket, Soft Drinks , Biscuits , Continental Breakfast, Breakfast Tea and Coffee, Dinner in The Castle.
